| Every home is thoroughly prepared with professional cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning or replacement (if needed) and a full inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards. |
| You do not! Our service team can complete work orders while you are out, with your permission. |
| Yes, our community offers 24-hour emergency maintenance services for any urgent after hour needs. |
| You can submit a work order online via your Resident Portal. You can also call, text, email or stop by the office! |
| Unfortunately, The Grove does not offer after hours lockout services. Please contact a local locksmith if you are in need of lockout services. |
| For maintenance emergencies, please call 843-305-8090 and select option 3 for emergency maintenance. Leave a detailed message and our on-call team will respond promptly. |

| The Grove has a Saltwater based pool, 24 hour Fitness Center, TULU, Cyber Café, Firepits, EV Chargers, Free Boat Parking, Dog Park and Pet Spa, Game Room equipped with Pool, shuffleboard, skeeball, fooseball, and more! |
| Yes, The Grove has been voted #1 most pet friendly community in Mount Pleasant in 2023, 2024 & 2025! We allow up to 2 pets. Breed Restrictions do apply. |
| Our homes come equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, garbage disposal and washer and dryers! |
| Our homes are not furnished. |
| Our Fitness Center and Cyber Café areas are open 24/7, and our pool and pool deck are open from 8:00AM-10:00PM. |
| Yes, we have ample parking for residents and guests. We also have detached garages available for rent. |
Admin
| Applications are processed within 48 business hours. |
| Rent can be paid via the resident portal or in office via personal check. |
| Yes, we require renter's insurance for all residents. |
| The Grove is wired for AT&T and Xfinity. |
| In order to fully complete an application, you will undergo a background/credit check & provide proof of income (W2, Paystubs, Bankstatements, etc). |
| Electric can be set up via Berkley Electric. Water is billed to your ledger based on your individual usage. Utilities are not included in your base rental rate. |
| In the event of an application denial, you will receive an adverse action from our third party screening company. The application fees are non-refundable. |
| You can complete the application online via our website, or in person with the leasing team! Application fees are $75/person over 18 years old, and a one time $250 administration fee. |

| There is a Carta bus station near Wando High School. Other transportation opportunities include Uber, Lyft and private car services. |
| We are in the Charleston County School District. We are zoned for Carolina Park Elementary, Cario Middle School & Wando High School |
| We are within walking distance of The Bend at Carolina Park as well as close proximity to The Shoppes at Park West, Oakland Market, and Mount Pleasant Towne Center. |
